Dear All,

Hope that all is well with you.

We are conscious that we can not carry out inspections at properties, however with rising covid cases because we can does not mean we should, and the previous virtual inspection seemed to work to address issues and if you could assist it would be appreciated.

You can attach the short videos in an email, but WhatsApp seemed to work well 6 months ago when we did this before.

As you know repairs should be reported using the app https://glasgowpropertyletting.fixflo.com/Auth/HomeIssueCreate and if you have reported anything that we have not been able to address due to the covid restrictions could you mention that in the message or email.

Just a reminder the bank details for the monthly rental payments are :

  • Clydesdale bank / Virgin Monday
  • Glasgow Property Letting ltd
  • Client account
  • Sort code                               82-51-01
  • Account number                  80024746
  • IBAN                                    GB86CLYD82510180024746
  • BIC                                       CLYDGB21943
  • Reference                             Property address

If you are finding yourself in financial hardship, please let us know as there are avenues available for assistance that we have mentioned in previous emails and communication is key regarding sorting issues out.

Take care and if you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact our office on 0141 221 3990, although the office is still closed due to the pandemic our answer phone is checked several times a day.

Kindest Regards
