Dear all,

Can you please remember to report any maintenance issues through the app https://glasgowpropertyletting.fixflo.com/Auth/HomeIssueCreate

As you are aware the office has been closed since March 2020 and we are working remotely at this point in time.

Previously in my tenant emails, which can be found at https://glasgowpropertyletting.com/blog/ I have asked for inspection video walk throughs which are great and I really appreciate you taking 5 minutes out your day every 6 months to send over a video  which then means your property inspection is marked as complete for the next 6 months.

If possible, can you have a look at the seals on the bath, shower tray and sink and send over a quick video walk through as well as pictures of the seals.  If there are gaps, loose of broken parts of the sealant this can cause water ingress to below and can cause a lot of damage for something that seems to minute.

If you have applied for the Scottish Government loan regarding financial struggles due to the pandemic, Safe Deposit Scotland have an interesting blog

Which you may find useful.

We at Glasgow Property Letting do want to take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and a successful 2021

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from edie!

Kindest Regards
