As you are aware Glasgow is back in lockdown.  Our office is still closed and we are still working remotely, but we are still available to discuss any issues or report repairs, please advise if you have any symptoms when reporting a repair.

If you haven’t sent me through your self assessment inspection, if possible can when you get a chance.  I have attached my WhatsApp number a the bottom of the email, which seems to be a preferred method to send large photos or videos

The vast majority of households in the UK will suffer financial losses as a result of the virus, and some will be left with little or no income at all. Under the terms of the tenancy agreement the rent is still due as normal.

If a tenant is getting Housing Benefit or UC, but still can’t afford their housing costs, they may be eligible for a Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP). Further information on DHPs and how to apply is available at:
Tenants may also be able to get support through the Scottish Welfare Fund. Further information on how to apply is available on:

Take care, stay safe and we are available if you need to discuss any concerns,
